State Real Property Inventory

The inventory is part of MdProperty View which the Maryland Department of Planning has available on CD ROM. This product links property maps to the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation's parcel database. The statewide property map and parcel database files are also integrated with a variety of visual data including satellite imagery and the State Highway Administration's digital road maps. This system saves a great deal of time for users since MdProperty View can instantaneously retrieve information on individual or multiple properties. Clearinghouse staff will utilize Property View to respond to individual requests from the public and State legislators regarding State-owned and federal property in Maryland.
