Directions to the Maryland Department of Planning's Baltimore Office:

From North of Baltimore

1. Take the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83) south to the Maryland Avenue Exit (Exit 5).
2. Make a left onto Maryland Avenue and continue to the second traffic light at Preston Street.
3. Make a right onto Preston Street and continue to the second traffic light at Howard Street.
4. Make a left onto Howard Street. Continue on Howard and make a right turn at the first traffic light into the Maryland State Center.
5. MDP's building, 301 W. Preston Street, will be on the left side of the street.

From I-95 South

1. Take exit 53 onto Martin Luther King Boulevard.
2. Proceed approximately two miles to Eutaw Street.
3. Make a left onto Eutaw Street.
4. Make a right onto Preston Street.
5. MDP's building, 301 W. Preston Street, will be on the right side of the street.

From I-95 North

1. Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
2. Take exit 53 onto Martin Luther King Boulevard.
3. Proceed approximately two miles to Eutaw Street.
4. Make a left onto Eutaw Street.
5. Make a right onto Preston Street.
6. MDP's building, 301 W. Preston Street, will be on the right side of the street.

From the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (295)

1. The Baltimore-Washington Parkway turns into Russell Street.
2. Just past the Ravens Football Stadium, make a right onto Martin Luther King Boulevard.
3. Make a left onto Eutaw Street.
4. Make a right onto Preston Street.
MDP's building, 301 W. Preston Street, is located on the right side of the street.

Light Rail

Exit Baltimore's light rail at the Cultural Center stop. Walk one block on Preston Street to the Maryland State Center

Metro

Exit Baltimore's Metro at the State Center stop. 301 W. Preston Street is across the street from the Metro exit.

Parking

There is a parking garage located at 201 W. Preston Street, which is next door to MDP's building, but you must be on the list in order to use the parking garage.

There is metered parking on Preston Street and Eutaw Street, and a surface parking lot located across the street from MDP.

Directions to MDP’s Lower Eastern Shore Regional Office in Salisbury

From Points West

Take U.S. Route 50 East. After crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge stay on U. S. Route 50 East towards Salisbury. When approaching Salisbury stay on Business U.S. Route 50 towards downtown Salisbury – DO NOT take the Salisbury By-pass. Cross Salisbury downtown drawbridge at Mill Street and immediately get into the right hand lane. Proceed through the traffic light at Division Street. Make a sharp right at the next traffic light at Baptist Street and go down the hill. The State Office Building is immediately on the left. MDP Lower Eastern Shore Regional Office is on the second floor - Room 2180.

Directions to MDP’s Upper Eastern Shore Regional Office in Centreville

From Annapolis:

Take U.S. Route 50 East. After crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge stay on U. S. Route 50 East to the U.S. Route 50/U.S. Route 301 split. Take U.S. Route 301 North to MD Route 213 North. Follow MD Route 213 North into Centreville. Route 213 becomes Commerce Street. Turn left into the alley 1/2 block beyond Broadway Street and park in lot behind District Court-Multiservice Center. If lot is full, find alternate parking across street. The Upper Eastern Shore Regional Office is on second floor in Suite 10. Building address is 120 Broadway.

From Cecil County:

Take MD Route 213 South to Galena. At Galena, continue South on MD Route 313 to US 301. Turn right on U.S. Route 301 South and continue to MD 305. Make right onto MD Route 305 and continue into Centreville. Make a left onto MD Route 213 South to the District Court-Multiservice Center [on left] just before traffic signal at Broadway. The Upper Eastern Shore Regional Office is on second floor in Suite 10. Building address is 120 Broadway.
