Parameters of a State House Plan

Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) Assistant Secretary for the Division of Neighborhood Revitalization, Carol Gilbert, delivered a presentation on State housing programs and initiatives to the Task Force. The objectives of this presentation were: 1) to give the Task Force a briefing of DHCD’s mission; 2) to demonstrate the Department's contribution to smart growth and sustainability; and 3) to outline the potential housing elements to be considered in a State Developement Plan.
