This report details the procedures for ensuring that State infrastructure improvements are consistent with the State's Growth Policy as defined in the 1992 Planning Act. Explanation is provided as to how the State reviews projects in its efforts to reinfornce the pattern of development established in local plans. The report also contains the complete text of Executive Order 01.01.1992.27.
